In 2007, The Amy Helpenstell Foundation partnered with United Way of the Quad Cities Area, Quad City Health Initiative, Community Foundation of the Great River Bend, and The Moline Foundation to fund the first community-wide Community Vitality Scan, an assessment of the Quad Cities' strengths and weaknesses. The first Community Vitality Snapshot was also published to highlight issues area citizens identified as critical to the future growth and success of our community.
Although The Amy Helpenstell Foundation was not a sponsor of the 2008 Community Vitality Snapshot, it fully supports the report and the data collection process.
